Interesting strong response to someone you agree with! :) Don't worry about it.
Anyway, two more points to consider when doing your homework over the next
several months:
1. If you pick a time where (A) two out of every three brothers saves $40 or
(B) oneout of every three brothers saves $150, with no change in the other
brothers savings, which would you pick? More dollars are saved in (B) than (A)
even though a majority of people are saving a little money in (A). True that
the total dollars saved in our argument may be enxt to impossible to deternmine
but could be estimated after several months of homework on the issue.
2. Two nationals were actually held in the summer back in the 1950's. There
was brief mention in the history book on this. Could anyone with more info on
this (i.e. the national office) enlighten us as to reasons back then for/against
the switching of conference seasons? However, 40 years ago, the world and
country was MUCH different and those reasons may be grossly inapplicable today.
