Like Brother Brady said, I don't know how you'd enforce this. You can
encourage, you can plead and beg, but I don't think it's a good idea
to _require_. In any case, once people figure out how useful it is,
you won't need to require it.

It sounds like this officer wouldn't be doing very much. Maybe make
this part of a more-general Public Relations/Corresponding
Secretary-type office?

If you want to maximize your officer count, then that's fine, but I
personally see no need for more officers than absolutely needed.

This creates the impression that the President, VP Service, and VP
Fellowship are more important than the other offices. This may not be
bad, just pointing it out.

Yeah this seems a bit weighty for one office, but then again my
opinion isn't all that informed.

I will have to plead the Fifth as well. :-) (Maybe not space shuttle
flames, but certainly forest-fire sized.) But just as a question,
what about the situation where you have a pledge who has disgraced or
otherwise dishonored the Fraternity? Maybe having some mechanism for
removing a pledge in extreme situations would not be a bad idea.

Well here's some input for ya!
