At Virginia Wesleyan (PG in Norfolk) the School itself requires
a 2.0 to participate in extra-curricular activities. Other than that
we recommend (only) that officers maintain a 2.5
All other things relating to officers or members stepping down/out
for awhile or permanantly are not-specific for grades/school.
