Then again, the snow may be a draw to some people: that being those who
ski. A bunch of us went skiing at the Denver Nationals.

Hidden Valley and Seven Springs resorts are 55 and 60 miles respectively
from downtown Pittsburgh. 7Springs is within the Top 50 ski resorts of the
US every year. Pittsburgh appears to have started up with a First Night
festival for those who want to stay in town through New Years.
