I understand that the conventions are rotated by area. What I need to
know is how the areas are broken down. I read in a previous post that
there was a recent change about Florida or something. Is it broken down
by regions or what.
So if anyway could please send me a detailed list of how it is broken
down I would greatly appreciate it.
