[WWW LIST] - Yet another thing to vote on.

Hello again, sorry to be clogging up the bandwidth with another "VOTE"
but I told someone I'd do this.
Recently, I received a complaint about the list of all known APhiO web
sites which I post at the end of every month. The person basically
suggested that only a URL pointing to the list was really necessary
and that posting the entire list was just clogging up everyone's
email. I actually tend to agree with this person, but the number of
submissions I get for that list over the next 2-4 days after I post it
would seem to suggest otherwise.
So we'll vote, and I'm sorry but this one is going to be complicated,
please REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE AND INCLUDE ITS TEXT and answer the
following questions below if you care at all. Any votes that are sent
to hochstrd@cs.rose-hulman.edu or rhochste@utsi.edu will be ignored.
1. [ ] WELCOME Do you believe the BIG WWW LIST currently posted at
[ ] BANNED the end of every month is a welcome addition to APO-L
[ ] ABSTAIN or should be BANNED!
2. [ ] FULL Assuming the list will continue to be posted do you
[ ] CHANGES think that the FULL list should be posted or only
[ ] ABSTAIN changes to it since the last posting?
3. [ ] 12 Assuming the list will continue to be posted do you
[ ] 6 think that it should happen every month (12), every
[ ] 4 other month (6), or every three months (4)?
[ ] ABSTAIN

Regardless of how the voting turns out, I will at the very least post
the URL to the list at the end of every month. I started posting the
list initially to keep the question "Can anyone send me a list of
APhiO web sites? Thanx!" from being posted to APO-L; no one's done it
since I started posting the list, and I like it like that.
Votes will be taken up until July 31 at which time the votes will be
tabulated and the list will be posted to APO-L accordingly. I will
repost this exact message on July 26.
Thank-you for indulging me, we now return to you to your regularly
scheduled email... already in progress. :)
