I couldn't agree with this more...  Maybe we should have a separate
list JUST the fall before a National Convention for legislation
discussion.  I think that having this topic seperated would help the
overall flow of the list.   Those of us who are somewhat
interested in legislation discussion, but don't want a flood of
separate messages can recieve mail from that list in the digest mode
& can read it at our leisure and be able to see the daily APO
discussion without reading the legislation stuff.  Brothers who just want
chapter functioning type help can get that without the flood.

Additionally, those who are interested in beating the dead "toast
song" horse can feel free to do so and know that the other
subscribers are interested.
