Jerry Schroeder, illustrious past president of APO, has made the big
leagues! In today's _Washington Post_, on the Federal Page, there was a big
story about political donations to Clinton and Dole.
So, they pinpointed some of the smaller personal donors, such as *drum roll*
Jerry, who gave $1,000 to Clinton. It wasn't out of any political love, he
said, noting he rarely gives. Rather, the Justice Department lawyer gave
because of personal friendship, as they were classmates together at Georgetown.
Chalk another one up to APO :-)
