To be truthful, I really do not think it should be taped at all. Sure it's
legally okay if only brothers and/or the petitioners watch it, but you never
know who may get ahold of that tape. Kind of like a bad sex scandal, you know
what I mean? The safest bet is not to videotape it, and just bring a camera to
take pictures before and after, but not during (also like a sex scandal).
Just my $.02 tho.
