Yesterday the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear the case of a student who
was denied graduation because he refused to satisfy a community service
requirement. The appeals court had upheld a school's right to require such
service for graduation. The effect of the Sipreme Court's refusal is to
uphold that court's ruling.
What do you think?
And does anyone know more about this case and on what grounds the student
refused?
