It just so happened that we had a pledge from New Jersey who most
recently informed us on the pronunciation of the Pledge Class NameSake.
We (Texans) have been pronouncing it to rhyme with "Dean/Kean."

She revealed that it is pronounced "Kane."

I am not part of the National APO email list, so please send out a note
so that all the chapters know the correct pronunciation.
