Hi everyone!
This is my first post. My name is J.D. Urbach and I am the president of
Pi Upsilon Chapter, Drew University, home of the Hon. Thomas H. Kean, our
Fall Pledge Class Namesake.
Tom Kean is the President of our University and has been very supportive
of Alpha Phi Omega since we re-activated the Pi Upsilon Chapter about a
year and a half ago. Kean was a two term Governor of New Jersey and is
very simply and outstanding, caring man, but.....
to answer the question.... the correct pronunciation is Kean as in the
word "Cane."
