the suggestion to use national is nice but won't work as brothers do not
give ther email adresess to nationals. Also common names like bill smith,
Rob Miller and others would be hard to regulate because there are so many
of them in the philadelphia area. How would you know if you were letting
the propper bill smith subscribe.
YOu could dispute this by saing he goes to drexel and drexel gives
email accounts to alll of it's students, but what if bill thinks his drexel
acount is to limiting and descieds to pay for a conection through voicenet.
What about our advisors, sectional staff, or brothers unluckey enough to be
giving a school acount and have to use a work or worse yet a aol acount.
how would they be regulated.
