If the list is already archived, is it truely necessary to have it
archived a second time. That seems a bit redundant. I don't think the
list needs to be archived by an outside organization.

Good question...I found most of the proposals that I've seen on
Steve's page quite interesting. I'm sure once most of the chapters have
attended their NCPC's there will be more discussion on the proposals.
