        I decided to throw my 2 cents worth in as well...

        If the list is already archived, is it truely necessary to have it

        Good question...I found most of the proposals that I've seen on
Steve's page quite interesting.  I'm sure once most of the chapters have
attended their NCPC's there will be more discussion on the proposals.
