Look, my kid sister has been a girl scout for as long as I can
remember, and even she says that it isn't nearly as good as the boy
scouts. With the exeption of Horton, all the founding members were
scouts. All the founding members of Delta chapter were scouts too.
Y'think there's a reason that both the national fraternity and Delta have
lasted so long?

Its NOT JUST HISTORY!!! These are the principals that Frank Horton had
searched for all his life. Alpha Phi Omega IS a boy scout organization.
We are based entirely on it. Our entire purpose is to continue the
efforts of the scouts through our college years. To "tone down" the
emphasis would be like pulling a flower out of the soil it was planted in.
