Even though my philosophy is that all chapters should be able to determine
their membership,sorry,can't support an agreement (whether vague or explicit)
that doesn't afford equal protection to all chapters. That stuff is
unconstitutional. Why should some chapters be allowed to discriminate because
of some handshake agreement,while others have to abide by the membership
policies of the fraternity?
