We have had two chpters at the same school in at least two cases.
In both cases the same school had a day division and an evening
division. Although they shared the same campus, APO and the schools
charted two chapters on each, one day and one night.
The argument was that while they shared the same campus, the two student
bodies were otherwise completely separate. It would be quite a
different thing (but not in violation of the By-Laws) to have two
chapters on the same campus serving the same student body
