First, most campuses that I've seen can't support 2 chapters of
the same organization. The suggestion above still doesn't change
anything, it just merely provide another way for the all-male chapters to
maintain the idea of "that merely because you are a woman on our campus,
you aren't worthy of being a Brother in APO; however, if you'd like to
leave our campus and attend another school, then it would be alright to
become a Brother of APO."
