ABO based it's principles as set forth by the National Office
which happens to, yes include the oath and law but are not entirely based
upon them. If our principles were solely based upon the oath and law then
why aren't we just simply the boy scouts?

By excluding any person who can complete the reqs of an objective
pledging program, you are hurting the membership rolls of the organization
as a whole.

Let me take this discussion/argument one step further, if
fraterntiy approved exclusion and discrimination can be based upon gender,
then what is preventing the same fraternity approved exlusions and
discriminations from being cast upon those who are of a different ethnic
background or another religion that happens to not be the popular choice
of the chapter?????
And please don't tell me that the above if a whole other
ballgame... because gender, just like race or sexual preference or the
like, is not something that is a choice it is a matter of fact.
