  No, the National frat is NEUTRAL. The decision to go coed in 1976 was
  made not only due to women's rights, but also to appease the campuses
  where APhiO was in danger of being shut down because of the school's
  gender discrimination policy. The National frat's current view is that
  they prefer chapters to be coed, but they respect the rights of the
  all-male chapters. As I said previously, they allow the universities to
  choose whether or not the individual chapters are being discriminatory.
  This is the same as the Federal government remaining neutral with certain
  state issues like taxes, speed limits, education policies, etc....
  If Washington doesn't set a national speed limit, can someone in
  Alabama say that the government is biased because we can drive 70mph on
  the highway, but in North Carolina, you can only go 55mph?
  Is the Federal Government approving of bias against those of us that
  want to go 70? NO! That would be SILLY! They are simply allowing the
  states to make their own choices! As is the case with the National frat.
