But in essence we did make that promise, for while me or you were no
delegates at the 1976 we do have an obligation to honor commitments made by
that group. The commitment made was not between those delegates and the
all-male chapters of 1976, but between the fraternity and it's members.
Granted leadership changes, but we should honor the commitments made in
APO's name.
