WHOA!!!  REWIND!!  I see a BIG difference here.  Since when was someone
in Alabama BORN driving at 70mph??  They weren't?  OH...I see so making a
law that would prohibit something that is a matter of a person's own
physical control (like how fast they drive) is the same as making a law
that doesn't allow someone to do something because of how they were born
(female).  OK Mark...sure.  And your brain is where?
