Alpha Phi Omega uses the male form for everything. We are a Fraternity
(The gender neutral term is a "germanity")
A brother who is no longer active is an alumnus of Alpha Phi Omega, even
if they are female. A group of "alumnus"s are alumni regardless of the
gender balance.
So two women who both went to Carnegie-Mellon and were in the chapter
there would be alumnae of CMU and alumni of Alpha Phi Omega.
