     Women are not minorities. Soon minorities will not be such. Do not
presume to side with those whom you are not a part of and have no idea how
they have lived. I have been stopped at airports and searched for no
particular reason. An experience that did not in any way seem justified with
an "it was his job" type answer. Being called a wop is an archaic term to
even the oldest of our fellow citizens. Unless of course you watched "The
Untouchables" a time or two. Itallians are a fair skinned people and are
easily assimilated unlike those who have features which distinctly "mark"
them. Asian/Oriental: eyes, height, hair; Hispanic: skin, hair, cheekbones
eyes; Black:  nose, lips, skin, hair.  Arabic:  beard, skin, hair, eyes;
 Indian: from India, small frame, eyes, nose, hair. The differences are
startling. Please be modest in your perception of social injustice and
pursuit thereof. I matters not how many friends you have who are actual
minorities by our society's definition. You have never walked in their
shoes. Maybe among them, but not as them. There is nothing like being that
person.  Nothing comes close.

In Leadership, Friendship, and Service
   In no particular order
