Gee Randy, I didn't expect you to screw up this one. To my knowlege,
there is not a requirement that a Region Director live in the Region,
but I think the requirement is that the Region Director be able to serve
the chapters in the Region.
Case in point: Charlie Zimmerman, who, until a few days ago, was Region
IX director. He lives in Aurora, IL, outside of Chicago, which is
definitely in Region VI.
