Her name is Michele Harris and she's Section 7 Chair. I know from
personal experience that an under- graduate can be elected Section
Chair (having been elected to my current position just before
graduation). If anyone wants any further information please feel free
to contact me. (such as what's involved, money outlay, etc.)
