Since the big hotel bashes are being planned for New Year's 2000, a lot of
hotel possibilities for any Regional Conventions during Christmas Week 1999
are already byebye. Therefore it's probably a good idea to actually plan not
only for Regionals 1997 in eastern PA, but also Regionals 1999 for wherever.
Although I'm thinking I/II, I know that region IV also does an Xmas
conference.
On a side note, I plan on being in Times Square for that big ball drop 2000.
perhaps we can have a big APO event there? Hence Regionals on Long Island
or in Dutchess County? (An hour by commuter rail from NY?)
