Last year (95-96) one of the brothers on APO-L was a teacher at the High
School at Barrow (North Slope) and couldn't wait to get away from there.
I don't remember his name but I know he ended up in New Jersey. Perhaps
someone else on APO-L will remember.

The Alcan EATS vehicles. There are a couple of good books in the book store
about travel on the Alcan.
