Hey, Brothers:
This is the last call for any specific requests to have any specific 'nalia available for sale @ Greek shops during the Section 56/59 conference in April (11-13). So far I have received only one request. I will submit the requests given to me to the shop owner NLT Monday of next week. The owner is attempting to get orders for APO items available with the help of one of our APO merchandise reps (he did not go into detail about that). The results of this will be given to you by the latter part of next week.
In other news, I have just got word via the Columbus Dispatch that Central State University (home of the "defunct for 45 years" Iota Epsilon chapter) is in grave danger of shutting down by April 1 if the Ohio General Assembly does not approve a $10.85 million funding for the school within 30 days from now. Iota Epsilon, BTW, is the third chapter to be chartered at a historically black university (the first and second being Johnson C. Smith U., and Howard U., respectively). And keep in mind that there is (somewhat) an unofficial interest group there. Let's keep our fingers crossed for CSU.
Well, that's the news and I am outta here.
Peace.
