I want to congratulate Chi Chapter on its reactivation this past Saturday
night in Los Angeles. I was privileged to be able to attend and I want
everyone to know that Chi has a group of enthusiastic and dedicated
students who worked very hard for this moment.
This was Past National President Earle Herbert's chapter, but my memories
of and love for him were strengthened, and somewhat overshadowed, by the
spirit of our newest members. And, that's as it should be -- Earle
certainly would have had it no other way!
So best wishes to Chi Chapter, and thank you for the invitation. I
thorougly enjoyed myself.
