Well, I can't give you advice on how to find her or right her wrongs,
but I can give you an ounce of advice for prevention. First, never give
one person exlusive access to the money. Always require 2 or more
signatures for all bank transactions. Second, never allow people to
give cash or to write a check made out in your treasurer's personal name
(always right checks to "Alpha Phi Omega"). Third, always square away
bank accounts, budgets, and treasurer stuff well before (several weeks
before) the previous treasurer graduates.
