Ideally that should be "Alpha Phi Omega- <Chapter Name>", unless the
check is being sent directly to the National Office. This also helps
insure that the check can only be used by the chapter that was intended
(and avoid confusion if the bank has more than 1 APO account). If you do
accept cash, use a receipt book with carbon copies- give the payer a
receipt, and you'll have a record in the book....
