Most people can NOT spot the problem, because they are not looking, for
whatever reason.  Example:  Think for a moment about what constitutes
harassment or discrimination.  Then tell me about your chapter's postering
for pledges.  Legally, chapters can be accused of discrimination based upon
differences in postering as related to population distributions among dorms.
 That is, are there differing amounts of postering between dorms with
differing ethnic or gender populations?  In this specific example, the
resources available in any major city are sufficient to give anyone the
'position' to solve the problem.
