There are no restrictions on the circumstances - your membership can be
revoked for any reason.
Realistically, you have to do something bad enough that those who want
you out can get a 2/3 vote from the national convention. This limits
things considerably. A chapter can suspend a person's membership, as can
the board, but expulsion is something that can be done only at a national
convention.
