As of last Friday I am implementing a new time management policy for
myself that means that routine updates (URLs, Con Info, Listserv,
etc.) will only be made once a week on Fridays at WebHQ. This is
mainly for those who submit info to WebHQ and are use to seeing that
info appear on the site within one or two days. Go ahead and send
updates and additions any time of the week you wish, just don't expect
things to have changed until sometime on Friday (on Fridays where I've
got a conference to go to, maybe longer :).
On another point. Recently I have gotten requests that basically said
"wouldn't it be cool if this were on the site?" The answers to almost
all of these requests is, YES!! Do I have time to make (usually a
paper document) digital? Unfortunately, no. So here's the deal, if
you've got something you think would be cool to have on the national
website, ask me first (someone else may be doing it already), and then
I'll ask you if you could get me an ASCII text copy of it.
And to the two people who are getting this message directly instead of
APO-L, could you get me an ASCII text copy of it? :)
