Our chapter, Kappa Upsilon at East Carolina University is having problems with
a company by the name of Fraternal Composite Service. I was wondering if any
other chapters have had difficulties with this organization. To give everyone
a little background about our problem, our historian in the fall of 1995
signed us into a three year contract with these people. The problem is that
the company will set up a time for us to have our pictures taken on very short
notice. These people are very inflexible, and are very unwilling to cooperate
on any of our problems. The time that they have currently set up for us, only
five people out of 40 would be able to sit for a picture, and they said a
minimum of 30 people need to be at the sitting.

The logistical problems are just a little background information. The problem
is that we need to get out of this contract, and we would like to deal with a
different company. I reiterate, these people are very uncooperative. Two
weeks is not adequate notice for our chapter to participate in something such
as this.

I am wondering have any other chapters had difficulties with Fraternal
Composite Service?
