We had a similar problem back in the late 1980's with this company.
However, our MAJOR reason for dropping the service was the lack of member
support in buying the composites (we were required to buy at least one
composite for each person pictured--this can get expensive). I would
definitely talk to the higher-ups in the company. A little complaining and
they might make some consessions. Be firm...but not rude.
