Since pledging in the Spring of '94 I've been on and off this list more
times than I care to remember . . . and now that I'm back, I'll
re-introduce myself.
My name is Karen Quick, I was a Banana Cream Pi from the Pi Pledge Class
at ABX (SUNY Plattsburgh), and am soon to be at Utica College, HM
chapter.
I've got quite a task set ahead of me at Utica seeing as how the few
Brothers still on campus, don't appear to give a flying fig about keeping
the chapter alive. SO once I get there in the Fall, I'll get to do a lot
of recruiting and see what I can do to bring Eta Mu back to the land of
the living. So, if anyone has any hints, suggestions, etc . . . they
would be GREATLY welcomed!
I talked to Judy at the National Office yesterday and she said she'd
send me a Chapter Organization Notebook (even though we're not a "new"
chapter, I'll have a lot of the same tasks ahead of me . . . just not the
hassle of getting a charter), and a Small Chapter Survival Guide. I'll
still need tons of help along the way with ideas on Rush Posters, Rushes,
Service Projects, Fund Raising, etc . . .
