Hey all!
As the keeper of the official Section 84 Conference Web Site, I believe
it is my duty to remind everyone that the conference is THIS weekend,
April 11-13.
The cost is only $20, which includes a keynote speaker, 3 sessions of
workshops, a banquet, breakfast on Sunday, registration in a raffle,
country line dancing, and a T-shirt. THERE IS NO LATE FEE; It's still
only $20 on the day of the conference, but if you waited this long to
pay, you're not guaranteed a t-shirt (your tough cookies, huh?).
Also, the DCAAO is running a reception from 5-6PM that Saturday,
comfortably between Session III and the banquet. We will be serving
refreshments before dinner, socializing with alumni and soon-to-graduate
undergrads, and passing out useful info to all who want it. The
reception is for everyone, though. As I said, we're serving
refreshments. Munch all you want!
ALUMNI, come to the conference (at least on Saturday). There's even a
workshop on "Leadership in the Workplace". You can't miss it! The
banquets bound to be loads of fun too.
