I do not know what is meant by Active partipation, but I do know
that there are APO brothers volunteering at the summit in various
capacities. Our chapter got the run around for so long, when it came to
helping out, that we had for the most part written it off. Then it seems
in the last week we got request after request for help. So much that I am
afraid that we unable to meet fully their need. But there are APO brothers
from this chapter doing what they can behind the scenes stand assured.
