Just to let you all know, Upsilon Psi here in Reno will be holding our
last regular meeting of the sememster this Wednesday, AND we will be
having an official End of the Semester Party on May 2nd! Any chapters in
Section 4 or anywhere else, or any members, alumni, or just plain
interested people can email me or call me at (702)348-8732 ext. 3272 for
more information. We are excited about hosting the Fall Sectionals for
Section 4 on October 25-26 in Reno!
Its been a long fun road that I have shared with all you fellow nuts in
APO-land, but after this Wednesday, I will no longer be President of the
Upsilon Psi Petitioning group due to (Sob) elections. I NEVER EVEN GOT A
GAVEL!!!! (SOB SOB SOB) but looking on the bright side, I got to use my
fist for a gavel.. works like a charm let me tell you :)
Btw, my email account decided to have an accident involving me and dumped
all my email addresses for those of you who want a copy of my Rules for
Living in My World. So all of you who emailed me about wanting a copy of
my rules, please send me a note saying so, because I FINALLY got around to
putting a copy of my rules on my email account! Its only a partial
listing, but I think you will all like the first 25.
Well, its been nice talking to all of you.. if there is any advice on what
an ex-president is still useful for around a chapter, let me know. I am
in a very unique situation here and I really don't want to dominate
the chapter like I do now after I step down. Sigh... the trappings of
power... I'm gonna miss being a slavering power-mad tyrant who holds life
and death power in the bang of his gavel.. wait, I mean fist.

RULES FOR LIVING IN MY WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rule #59 - Tripping the Light fantastic does not mean stumbling over a
sunbeam when you are high.
Rule #60 - Barney is not the incarnation of Satan, he is merely the
epitome of Evil and the head of the Albanian government.
Rule #61 - When someone tells you, don't worry, it will be taken
care of; either run like hell, or demand that it be done RIGHT NOW!
Rule #62 - Never NEVER never date a coworker, a co-volunteer, or a rabid
sex-crazed gopher!
Rule #63 - If you must date one of the above three, at least date the
rabid sex-crazed gopher. You can at least squish the sucker when you get
tired of it.
Rule #58 - A problem can be resolved with a rubber chicken, the outcome of
the problem is what lies in question.
