As I understand it, the pledge manual and the toast song are items
which anyone can look at.  I never limited singing the toast song
to brothers only, I remember several occasions at various chapter
singing the toast rather vocally in public places.  (the 1990
St Louis convention sang the song around the open foyer from the
blaconies on an upper floor.  Be proud of the toast song and don't
sing it only at closed chapter meetings, come out of the porverbial
toast song closet and embrace your love for APO.
