Much the same way that my planned responce from the AG perspective was sort of
done for my by Cindy. I'vee got some more things to add and I hope this
doesn't turn into much of a 'me too' post.

Even if you are paired with another first-semester active, as I was for my first
co-chair, it still is a good learning opportunity. Another benefit is that the
chapter knows that the job will still get done, even if one of the co-chairs
does not hold his share, as has happened and will probably continue.

We now have a fourth VP as the Treasurer is now the VP Finance, taking
Fundraiser, Charity Fund., and Stadium (STD) Clean-Up from VP Service.

We have two PT's, a male and a female, simply to give each of our 40 to 100
pledges more of the attention that they need to remain in the program.

My reccoomendationn is that it is much better as a finance one than a service.

We recently added the chapter's recycling program to their duties 8-)

It also allows you to become friends with your co-chair and too better carry
out your program of service.
