Here's a different perspective on co-offices and the like.
Nu Mu has delegated offices so to speak.
For instance with Treasurer. The Treasurer is responsible for bookkeeping
and the chapter monies and financial forms. As far as fundraising goes, we
have a Fundraising Chair that is responsible for setting up fundraisers and
organizing them as well. But the Fundraising Chair must coordinate with the
Treasurer well since chapter funds are on the line.
As far as VP of Service goes, this gets complicated. Nu Mu has many
different offices under the VP of Service such as Scouting Chair, MDA Chair,
Book Exchange Chair, FBA Chair, Escort Director and the list goes on. These
Chairs are responsible for their respective agencies and setting up service
projects for them. BUt they coordinate the big picture with the VP of
Service. The VP of Service folows up and sets up other various projects not
designated under the Chairs. It works well, plus it spreads the wealth and
responsibility giving all the chance at an office position.
