My fellow brothers,
If you haven't already seen it on television, heard about it on the radio, read
it in the newspaper or (in cases like mine, read about it on the World Wide
Web), Central Austin has suffered a major weather catastrophe, with 3-5
tornadoes touching down in the Austin-Cedar Park-Jarrell metroplex.
At least 32 lives have been lost, and damage as I've seen on CNN is pretty
extensive.
My purpose in writing is, as Section 43 Chair, to propose that APO join together
and offer assistance in any way possible.
Since it is 11:30 pm right now, I am going to contact the American Red Cross
tomorrow and see if there is anything we can do.
