It's Ryan Meeks here from Gamma Alpha at the University of Washington
(Seattle). I am proud to announce today that we have a historic
activation tonight. Not only is this year our 5th anniversary of
re-activation, but we are also honoring the man who put forth the effort
to re-charter our chapter here at the UW. This Spring quarter, we are
proud to be activating 18 of 21 new pledges from our "Richard Meeks Pledge
Class". Richard started our re-chartering effort and served as chapter
President for 2 years. His goals are starting to become a reality, for
our chapter is quickly climbing toward it's membership goal of over 100
members. Also, over the past 3 Pledging terms, our chapter has completed
un-precidented hours of service to our community, our nation, our campus,
and to our fraternity.
