Greenbelt also has a big parking lot, but you might have to transfer trains
depending on if they are running express green-red line trains or not.

The official ban is on both alcohol and furniture! (seriously!) They
apparently have problems with people bringing ratty furniture to sit on and
watch the fireworks, and then leaving it there. So leave your sofas at home!
I regret to say that I will not make it to the mall this year due to a
prior commitment with some brothers in Boston... (it just didn't seem like
an APO event unless I had to drive at least 8 hours to get there!) Have
fun without me, though!
(but if anything else is going on in the DC area, let me know, since I am
here on and off until late August.)
