A literal alumni list

Once upon a time in the land of NY, there was a brother
Pepsi. And when she was there, she maintained a literal
list of alumni, which was different from the current alumni list.
These two different lists have created some confusion.
The alumni list at apoalumnilist@hotmail.com was a new baby
in 12/96. It moved from Tanner's old work sight to hotmail.
Now it was reborn in 3/97. It is the place where MESSAGES
related to alumni topics should be posted. The old list
was exactly that. It was similar to the Soc list....which had
members of Soc voluntarily posted. The list once was updated
by Beachbum, and was supposed to be inherited my be. The alumni
list was another one of my projects which died which I vowed
to continue "someday." This weekend I got a long talk by a brother
who talk me back into picking up the business list, the Soc list,
and the literal alumni list, if there is interest. Interest
in the lists are voluntary. If interested in the following lists, follow
the three separate sets of instructions. Copies will be available
via private E-mail in three days, when I'm established a finite
deadline. The alumni list probably owes its previous death to a lack
of concrete goals/deadlines. Also, I will post all three

I am calling it my alumni service project for now. From now on,
it will be updated once a month. I can't handle any more than that.
And its existance has been delayed because I had to deal with a personal
emergency, that it now dealt with. Anyways, alumni list first.
The alumni list, which isn't the list server, was an alphabetical
list of alumni. Take my info as an example:

To get on, E-mail pepsi@dementia.org. Subject should
not read "subscribe...." I'll confuse it with a sub request
for the internet listserver. It's coming back because
several alumni asked for it back....see discussion on the
alumni listserver. In fact, please set the subject to
the word "al". I'll know it's for a compiling of people
so we can all find each other as alumni. That's sorta
what I started the listserver and the list for
in the first place. Note: Not a Section specific thing.
Open to ALL Aphio alumni.
Soc list: Set subject to "Soc". Send the E-mail to pepsi@dementia.org.
Send me your name, chapter, E-mail address, nickname on Soc.
School pledged, too.
Business list: E-mail address, fraternity affiliation, Region/Chapter/
School name. Your name. Send this request again to pepsi@dementia.org.
Subject: "business".
Participation is voluntary. I have the help of several Chi Pi alumni,
so for a change this is not resting all on me. Thank you for your
