Brothers,
All this talk about dissolving alumni organizations is getting a little
frustrating. Forming such an organization and holding it together can be
a trying experience. Kudos to those who have made the effort with ANY
amount of success!
The feeling that I've gotten from many of the messages that have been
floating around is that a few people have high expectations of what may be
accomplished. That's exactly as it should be!
However, the membership will consist of people with many priorities.
People will want to maintain their connection to APhiO which was so dear
to them in their college years, but they will also have significantly less
time and energy to commit to it!
About the spoken comunication thing. . .
Why not have volunteer captains in different calling areas to
mobilize the local population? I'm a big fan of delegation AND
spoken communication, even though I am the Electronic
Communications Coordinator for my chapter. (=
