Due to an underwhelming response of a few alumni and
senior who pretty much are on the alumni list-to-be
anyways, I am not going to compile these lists unless
I see more than three entries by tomorrow morning. Keep
in mind with the issue of those returning to school later
in September, I would have continued to accept new entries
after the new one was published. And I really appreciate
Roxanne's support. But if people generally feel Beachbum's
original project of the list that looked something like this
Joe, Brother brother@somewhere.com Some.Chapter "Some Nickname"
for Soc is not worth having and was replaced by better things
like the Soc web ring, I am not going to waste my time.
I did have an offer of help to create searchable databases
on the Web for the Soc and L lists. I have a lot of help on the
alumni lists. But I refuse to waste everyone's time with a tool that
isn't wanted, if this is the case. I will let you know tomorrow afternoon
either when new lists are available, or if it died. Also,
please do not send me unsub requests for Soc-the Internet list.
Mom and Grossi can help you a lot more than I can. Even there,
the idea is to unsub yourself, and there is a web page with instructions
for those that deleted them! They can be found off of Fuzz's Web page.
http://www.eecs.umich.edu/~hochstrd/aphio/net/e-mail/aposoc-l.start.html.
Like wise L's are on the same page, 'cept "apo-l.info.html" for the file.
To unsub/sub the alumni list, just E-mail me. Thank you for your time.
